Meet Dr. R. Stephen Miller in Rochester, NY

Dr. Miller was born in Carlisle PA and moved with the family to Rochester at age 4, growing  up in the city (Clifford/Clinton Ave section) through 1964, when they
moved to the Irondequoit area.

Dr. Miller graduated from Aquinas Institute in 1965 and attended John Carroll University in Cleveland Ohio and the University of Rochester.  He graduated in 1975 from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry and Interests in particular aspects of dentistry have been cultivated through many hours of continuing education.

"I lived in the Oxford St./Park Ave area (...magnolia central) for 13 years before moving to West Irondequoit in 1994."

My father was self educated and became proficient at billiards and math and ended his career teaching in the Phys-Ed department at RIT. My mom was a prominent seamstress in both Carlisle and Rochester, and was a long time supervisor at the Superba Cravats factory on Andrews St. in the city.

I worked in Lyons NY, before joining the practice of Hutchings & Lybolt in the Temple Building in downtown Rochester in 1984. In 1996 Dr. Fontana and I moved the practice to Brighton.

Off hours you can find me spreading time among interests in music, photography and painting, many examples of which can be seen at our new South Clinton location. An interest in golf has also led to many valuable relationships here in the city and around the country.

"Working so long in this field has led to many acquaintances and friendships that have become very meaningful over time; while doing my best and trying to make a difference have always been my primary goals."
