Meet the Team

Audra

Licensed Dental Assistant

With her warm and friendly presence, Audra excels at making sure each patient feels well cared for and comfortable during their visit. She enjoys getting to know every person and learning about their lives and interests, as well as building friendships with them and looking forward to their visits. She’s been with our practice since 2007, and is a dental assistant to Dr. Fontana. She assists the doctor during dental procedures, and makes sure he has everything he needs, but her focus is always on the patient’s comfort. She also does tray set-ups, maintains equipment, and orders supplies. Whatever a patient needs, Audra is there for them. She loves seeing their happy smiles at the end of their visit, and is especially appreciative when they thank her for the care she has provided.

Corrina

Licensed Dental Assistant

Corrina looks forward to each day at the office because of our patients. She enjoys the conversations she has with them, hearing their stories and learning new things from the experiences they share. Having worked in the dental field for ten years, Corrina joined our practice in 2013 and is Dr. Miller’s dental assistant. She works chairside with the doctor as he tends to our patients, and helps him as well as ensuring the patient is comfortable and relaxed. Corrina’s other duties include setting up models, infection control, and ordering supplies.

Away from work, Corrina’s life is very family-centered. She has three children and three grandchildren who are her world.

Frances

Office Manager

Having been with our practice for 20 years, Frances keeps everything running smoothly so our team can focus on what’s essential: providing the best treatment to our patients! She has gotten to know so many of our patients so well that they feel like an extension of her own family, Frances says. Among her myriad of duties, Frances handles insurance claims, accounts receivable, and payables. She also works with scheduling, treatment plans, and marketing. Yes, she’s busy, but never too busy to answer questions or a quick chat.

As if we don’t keep her busy enough, Frances has a second job at Animal Hospital of Pittsford because she loves being around the animals. Her family is important to her: Frances has three adult children, grandchildren, and two cats and one dog.

Linda

Registered Dental Hygienist

Linda enjoys seeing different people every day. Whether she’s caring for patients who’ve become her friends in the 17 years she’s been with us, or meeting people new to our practice, Linda loves the interactions. As with the rest of the team, Linda’s passionate about oral health and helping patients achieve the healthiest mouth possible. In addition to regular hygiene duties,  Linda spends a lot of one-to-one time teaching patients about proper home oral hygiene care and how to keep their mouth in great shape between visits.

Linda and her husband are empty nesters. They enjoy traveling to Kentucky to spoil their new, and first, grandchild. Linda also enjoys the outdoors: camping, hiking, and her daily morning walks with her beagle, King. Indoors, you’ll find Linda doing crossword puzzles, reading and jigsaw puzzles on the internet.

Lynda

Receptionist

Always smiling and asking after a patient’s family, Lynda is our receptionist. She loves talking with and getting to know each of our patients, building a strong rapport with them, and seeing to it that they have a good visit. Having started with our practice in 1998, she’s developed some wonderful friendships, and always looks forward to meeting new people. Working at our front desk, Lynda greets patients as they arrive, sets appointments, and checks out patients at the end of their visits. She also maintains our schedule and ensures our team is prepared for the day before us.

Lynda and her husband Jim have been married for 38 years. They have three adult sons and nine grandchildren who are the light of their lives and keep them busy.

Vicky

Registered Dental Hygienist

Bonding with patients and letting each person know that she and our team care about them as a person, not just their teeth, is important to Vicky. She’s been with the practice since 2008 and spends her days providing individual care to our patients. She cleans their teeth and performs other hygiene duties, but her main focus is on patient education. Helping a patient learn how to make healthy decisions, establish good habits, and keep their mouth at its best, are all essential, because a healthy mouth means a healthy body.

Vicky describes herself as a nature freak: she even moves spiders outside when she finds them in her house. She loves animals and has many pets. Vicky also likes to challenge herself, whether it’s riding her jet ski around Lake Ontario, competing in triathlons, or doing long-distance bike rides. She also enjoys creating crafts, jewelry, and art.
